The Microsoft 365 Day organization is committed to delivering a conference that reflects the diversity of its community and provides a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance or gender.
It is important to remember that a community where people feel uncomfortable or threatened is not productive.
We expect Microsoft 365 Day Conference attendees to be respectful when dealing with other attendees.
Harassment of Microsoft 365 Day attendees will not be tolerated in any form.
Harassment includes abusive verbal comments relating to ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance or gender, sexual imagery in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, chases, photographic harassment or recordings, prolonged disruption of speech or other events, inappropriate and unwanted physical contact Caution.
Participants who have asked to stop any harassing behavior must comply immediately.
If a participant or speaker engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers can take any action they deem appropriate, ranging from simply warning the offender to expulsion from the conference.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed or have other concerns, please contact a conference staff member immediately.
We appreciate your presence.
